INTERACT Interact with people. Interaction breeds trust. Once you have heard and understood what people want, come out in open and start interacting. Do not try to sell. Just try to interact.  Post your thoughts, not your products. Make friends, participate and increase your network. Remember that pushing your products and services is an immediate turn off for most people, unless they are in need of your product or service. NEXT
Prepare Collect the content that you have. Have relevant content that people want. Your experience from the listening activity would have told you what people want. Simply generate good original content in form of documents, videos, presentations and more, and this would do a lot good to your knowledge image. Get people to comment and appreciate your content. If your content is good, you will get a lot of followers. Remember, don’t push your product too hard …. NEXT
