    with the highest total score winning:

        Audience: Total number of fans** across social media properties***
        Frequency: Appropriate regularity of communication based on channel
        Engagement: Quality and quantity of team/fan interaction****
        Promotion: Sponsor activation, fan contests, rewards, and team marketing
        Content: Authenticity, variety, originality, and quality of social communication

• Google+, YouTube, and Tumblr numbers are not listed for the purpose of brevity; however,
    they were factored into the “Audience” rating
