• Visual Merchandising training forms are the periodical
trainings for the companies to apply their visual standards
correctly which contribute to sales rates.
• These trainings are done weekly, monthly, at the beginning
of summer / winter season with the base of the store’s
physical characteristics and seasonal concepts.

BASIC TRAININGS
• Basic trainings have to be taken. These trainings consist of
two steps:
Color Training
Visual Merchandising Standards Training
BASIC TRAININGS / COLOR TRAINING
• Trainings which are done at the beginning of summer and
winter seasons once in 6 months.
• Training content :
color harmony, periodical color
fashion, seasonal collection colors.

Training’s aim :
understanding the
usage of main and intermediate
colors together and supporting the standarts trainings

STANDARTS TRAINING
At the beginning of the winter and summer seasons, it
is done about the color training and later on it is done
once in 6 months.
Training content :
store projects, store visual merchandising materials, shop windows,
season and line information, making combinations, wearing
mannequins, spot lights, alternative visual merchandising settlement
applications

Training’s aim : applying the standards.

ACOMPLISHMENT TRAININGS
After the visual merchandising standards training ,floor set
applications that will be done at the stores from different
locations.Every week one store should be choosen which has
less rate of sales.
Besides these trainings, seasonal shop window application
trainings are also included in the accomplishment trainings.
ACOMPLISHMENT TRAININGS
Training’s content :
practising the things learned during the visual
merchandising standards trainings.
Training’s aim :
renforcing the basic trainings and giving team work
awareness between the people at the different
positions.

PROGRESS TRAININGS
• After completing all the technical and core training stages
about visual merchandising,these trainings are done once time
in 6 months, but they are not directly connected to the
work but to make people do their job better and more
motivated and to support their career plan.

Various project based competitions are organised
and little awards are given and the winner is
announced to every applicant.
After these competitions, applicants will be
motivated and they will have a career plan.

• The most successful applicant is determined and he or she
can be sent abroad for a fair.
• Applicants’ characteristics are determined and they can be
given behavioral (Communication, Team Working, Emotional
Intelligence(EQ), Train the Trainer…) trainings.
