agileSEM is a lightweight agile framework used at Siemens that is based on Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP), and Lean thinking. It provides an interactive web-based presentation of phases, milestones, activities, roles, and other elements. agileSEM includes additional backlogs for project initiation, setup, and termination. It also includes additional roles like the project manager and quality manager in project planning process. While agileSEM offers flexibility, it requires team maturity to adapt the framework throughout a project.
