Luckily there is an excellent way to relieve stress and anxiety! By practicing meditation we can relax our bodies, minds and souls. Learning how to meditate is easy. Many techniques can be taught quickly and can be used immediately. After learning meditation techniques, you can be set to practice meditation daily. Start by taking 5 minutes, either in the morning or before bed. Once you have mentally made the time, sit quietly and focus only on your breathing. Empty your mind of your stressors and any anxiety. Allow yourself push them away from you as your exhale. Keep this mental picture in your mind. As you continue to breathe in and exhale, your problems get pushed further and further away.
