Alex Pham (范 英 俊) researches, analyses and models international real estate markets and REITs with a strong focus on the APAC region. His research has been published in a number of international real estate journals, including the Journal of Real Estate Literature, Pacific Rim Property Research Journal and Journal of Property Investment & Finance. He is a senior national research manager at Knight Frank Australia and a lecturer at the University of Western Sydney. Alex holds a PhD in real estate and a BBA in international business.
