It increases their feeling of belonging to the company and the team. A motivated worker will perform better because he feels better in his job and performs it more effectively.
  4. 4. The importance of motivating our employees THE IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATING EMPLOYEES Motivating employees is a critical aspect of the workplace that drives department and even company performance. Employee motivation should be a regular routine.

Praise and recognition: praise effort, show appreciation to employees, say thank you on behalf of the company, celebrate success together. Internal motivation and emotional connection: create opportunities for continuous training, promote a balance between private and professional life with flexible hours, varied activities, give the feeling of doing meaningful work and being responsible.
