At present I am working with CB&I, New Delhi, India as Lead Sr.Piping Stress Engineer. It is a leading company in Oil, Gas from
USA. I am with CB&I. since April 2015 to till now.
2. PREVIOUS
• I had worked with CH2M Hill, New Delhi, India as Lead Sr.Piping Stress Engineer. It is a leading company in Oil, Gas & water
works from USA. I was with CH2M since Feb 2014 to March 2015.
• I had worked with Alstom Projects India Ltd., New Delhi, India as Group head Arrangement/Piping Stress Engineer. It is a
leading company in Power field from France. I was with Alstom since September 2011 to till Feb 2014.
• I had worked with SK E&C India Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi, India as Sr. Piping Stress Engineer. It is a leading company in the
chemical, oil and gas field from South Korea. I was with SK E&C India since January 2010 to till September 2011.
• I had worked with Lurgi India Pvt. Ltd. (an Air Liquide Group Comp.), New Delhi, India as Sr. Stress Engineer. It is a leading
company in the chemical, oil and gas field from Germany. I was associated with Lurgi India up to January 2010.

• Stress analysis of bare pipe, hot insulated, cold insulated, rack piping, pump, exchanger, vessel, column, compressor and
Turbine integral/External Piping etc.
• Stress analysis of Super Critical Alloy steel (P91, P92 etc) pipes with Temp 600 °C & Pressure 246 bar.
• Centrifugal, Reciprocating and screw compressor piping (Upt0 60” nozzle size) and their analysis.
• Stress analysis of both odd pass and even pass Air Fin Cooler piping.
• Stress analysis of ASU, Cold Box integral (Temp upto -196 °C,Pressure 1.8 bar) & External piping (Temp upto 300 °C& Pres 34

OFFSHORE
• Offshore FPSO piping stress analysis.
• Hogging and sagging calculation.
• Flange leakage, Blast, towing etc load and stress calculation.
KEY ACHIEVEMENT
• CRITICAL PIPE STRESS ANALYSIS. At Alstom Noida first time I had done successfully stress analysis of Critical pipe as
mentioned below (without any backup & support) and get approved by the veteran Expert Piping stress analyst from Alstom
France.
• PROJECT LEAD. At Alstom India within a year of joining I had been given responsibility of different tenders as Project lead for
Arrangement & piping apart from my core competence Stress analysis.
• CRYOGENIC PIPE STRESS ANALYSIS. At Airliquide China successfully completed Cryogenic pipe stress analysis without any prior
experience and support at foreign non English speaking country.
• BURRIED PIPE STRESS ANALYSIS. At CH2M HILL sucesfully completed stress analysis of very large burried pipe (upto 96”) with
pump, tanks etc equipments as per B 31.4 without any prior experience.
PROJECTS DONE
• FEED – Ain Tsila.Activities performed are preparation of Critical line list and stress analysis and report preparation of some
critical system as compressor, turbine & heater system etc .
• EXXON MOBIL (Wet Crude Treatment System) at present I am working as a Lead on this project. Stress specification,crtical
line list and stress analysis of system etc are my key reponsibility in this project.
• YANBU (water treatment plant) worked as a Lead from India on this project. In this project average pipe size is 72” and almost
all pipe are buried inside soil.
• NSL (2X 700MW, IPP),Tanda (2x660MW,NTPC) & ORION (1X660MW, Bangladesh). These tender Alstom has won with my little
support as a lead for Arrangement, piping BOQ,costing,Concept study & client discussion etc.
• SOLAPUR (2X 660MW).It was 2 x 660MW Supercritical thermal power plant executions (BTG).I was supporting mentor for
stress analysis for this project.
• SURATGARH & CHHABARA/SHREE SINGAJI (2X660MW). It was 2X660MW Supercritical thermal power plant for tender (BTG
only). My role was as Project leads for Arrangement & Piping (CTM). Responsibility was same as below project.
• TILAIYA/SASAN (6X660MW). It was 6X660MW Ultra mega power plant for tender (BTG only). My role (Project lead for
Arrangement & Piping) was in this project to develop BTG layout & arrangement, critical piping layout and their stress
analysis, Piping & valve BOQ, cost Estimation, concept study & constructability study of TG Hall also apart from this I had
made co-ordination between different departments.
• JORDBAER FPSO. It was a FPSO Norway based. I was consultant for this project for piping stress analysis for Samsung Heavy
Industries.
• BEDABAHAL (5X800MW). Responsibility was same as above for Tilaiya project.
• NTPC KHGARGONE (2X660 MW). It was 660MW EPC power plant for tender. My role was in this project to develop BTG layout
&arrangement, critical piping layout and their stress analysis, Piping BOQ Estimation of TG Hall also apart from this I had
made co-ordination between different departments.
• IPP600/800 (Reference plant). It was 660& 800MW reference power plant. My role in this project was critical piping layout
(ID & OD based both) and their stress analysis also apart from this I had made co-ordination between different departments.
• BS-132(Booster Station), KSC, Kuwait. All stress critical and very critical line including critical equipment (rotating and
stationary both) lines, Centrifugal compressor inlet(upto 60” size) and outlet piping, Air-fin cooler, PIG Launcher piping, PSV
piping, rack piping, rack piping (loop selection, anchor bay selection etc.), critical Line List, stress analysis guide lines etc. was
under my consideration.
• DHDS (Clean Fuel Project), Thailand. All Stress very critical lines (as Compressor lines, Air-fin cooler inlet and outlet pipes,
Heater pipes etc) was under my consideration. Apart from the analysis also, I was responsible for support selection, spring
selection and Rack piping.
• JSPL, Angul & Raigarh, India. In this project I was working as an assistant Lead Stress Engineer for its all 9 units. In this project I
was doing system preparation, stress analysis, nozzle load verification, dummy length and stress calculation, AFC isometric
etc.
• YANGO 770,440 & 330 TDP Standard Readymade plant by Air Liquide Hangzhou (ALHZ), China. These were the three
standards Air Separation Unit (ASU) projects (for all over world) for which I had worked as Piping Stress Lead Engineer. Apart
from the analysis of piping same as mentioned in the SSM project also modeled and had done analysis of the dummy heat
exchanger and the pipe connecting to that. It was the first of this kind of analysis at ALHZ, China and SUMITOMO, Japan (heat
exchanger vendor).
• SINGAPORE SHELL MEG (SSM) 770 TDP Singapore. I had worked as Stress lead Engineer. I was lead for Turbine piping (cold -
196 °C), Compressor piping, cold box piping (-196 °C) (MP column and LP column),Heat exchanger nozzle load and warm
skid(Temp 300°C & Pressure 34 bar) .
• TPCC 1000 TDP, China. Modeled and had done stress analysis of the dummy heat exchanger and the pipe connecting to that
and also Turbine and Compressor pipe stress analysis.
• ALC SHANGANG 2000 TDP, China. I had done stress analysis for all cold box piping except the turbine and heat exchanger
• GNFC Bharuch, India. Worked with Simon India as Stress Lead Guide Engineer for support location and selection and stress
analysis.
• SHAUAIBAH 150 MEGA WATTS POWER PLANT, Saudi Arabia. In this project I was routing the Lube oil pipes for Turbine as well
as doing stress analysis for the system.
• MARCHWOOD 600 MEGA WATT POWER PLANTS, England. In this project I had done the basic routing of steam lines and also
the stress analysis of those lines.
• SUGEN 1100 MEGA WATT POWER PLANT, Gujrat India. In this project I was fully responsible for yard piping as well as also
planning some hot water line of Power Block. Basic Layout of firefighting line, Support selection, Isometric checking and Stress
analysis of some simple line are the other activities which I was taking care.
• SAGUNTO 1100 MEGA WATT POWER PLANT, Spain. In this project I had modeled support for Steam line by using Pelican
Forge software.
• LOW DENSITY POLY ETHYLENE (LDPE) MARUN, Iran. In this project I had modeled some line and checked all Isometrics.
• BURRUP FERTILIZERS PTY. LTD. KARRATHA Australia (2200 MTPD Ammonia Plant). In this project I had prepared Supports and
its schedule and also prepared Ammonia Export Pipeline.
• IFFCO Energy Saving Project. In this project I had deal with detail designing of piping like study of Piping layout, Support
selection and scheduling etc.

In this project average pipe size is 72” and almost all pipe are buried inside soil. • NSL (2X 700MW, IPP),Tanda (2x660MW,NTPC) & ORION (1X660MW, Bangladesh). These tender Alstom has won with my little support as a lead for Arrangement, piping BOQ,costing,Concept study & client discussion etc. • SOLAPUR (2X 660MW).It was 2 x 660MW Supercritical thermal power plant executions (BTG).I was supporting mentor for stress analysis for this project. • SURATGARH & CHHABARA/SHREE SINGAJI (2X660MW). It was 2X660MW Supercritical thermal power plant for tender (BTG only). My role was as Project leads for Arrangement & Piping (CTM). Responsibility was same as below project. • TILAIYA/SASAN (6X660MW). It was 6X660MW Ultra mega power plant for tender (BTG only). My role (Project lead for Arrangement & Piping) was in this project to develop BTG layout & arrangement, critical piping layout and their stress analysis, Piping & valve BOQ, cost Estimation, concept study & constructability study of TG Hall also apart from this I had made co-ordination between different departments. • JORDBAER FPSO. It was a FPSO Norway based. I was consultant for this project for piping stress analysis for Samsung Heavy Industries.
  • 3. • BEDABAHAL (5X800MW). Responsibility was same as above for Tilaiya project. • NTPC KHGARGONE (2X660 MW). It was 660MW EPC power plant for tender. My role was in this project to develop BTG layout &arrangement, critical piping layout and their stress analysis, Piping BOQ Estimation of TG Hall also apart from this I had made co-ordination between different departments. • IPP600/800 (Reference plant). It was 660& 800MW reference power plant. My role in this project was critical piping layout (ID & OD based both) and their stress analysis also apart from this I had made co-ordination between different departments. • BS-132(Booster Station), KSC, Kuwait. All stress critical and very critical line including critical equipment (rotating and stationary both) lines, Centrifugal compressor inlet(upto 60” size) and outlet piping, Air-fin cooler, PIG Launcher piping, PSV piping, rack piping, rack piping (loop selection, anchor bay selection etc.), critical Line List, stress analysis guide lines etc. was under my consideration. • DHDS (Clean Fuel Project), Thailand. All Stress very critical lines (as Compressor lines, Air-fin cooler inlet and outlet pipes, Heater pipes etc) was under my consideration. Apart from the analysis also, I was responsible for support selection, spring selection and Rack piping. • JSPL, Angul & Raigarh, India. In this project I was working as an assistant Lead Stress Engineer for its all 9 units. In this project I was doing system preparation, stress analysis, nozzle load verification, dummy length and stress calculation, AFC isometric etc. • YANGO 770,440 & 330 TDP Standard Readymade plant by Air Liquide Hangzhou (ALHZ), China. These were the three standards Air Separation Unit (ASU) projects (for all over world) for which I had worked as Piping Stress Lead Engineer. Apart from the analysis of piping same as mentioned in the SSM project also modeled and had done analysis of the dummy heat exchanger and the pipe connecting to that. It was the first of this kind of analysis at ALHZ, China and SUMITOMO, Japan (heat exchanger vendor). • SINGAPORE SHELL MEG (SSM) 770 TDP Singapore. I had worked as Stress lead Engineer. I was lead for Turbine piping (cold - 196 °C), Compressor piping, cold box piping (-196 °C) (MP column and LP column),Heat exchanger nozzle load and warm skid(Temp 300°C & Pressure 34 bar) . • TPCC 1000 TDP, China. Modeled and had done stress analysis of the dummy heat exchanger and the pipe connecting to that and also Turbine and Compressor pipe stress analysis. • ALC SHANGANG 2000 TDP, China. I had done stress analysis for all cold box piping except the turbine and heat exchanger • GNFC Bharuch, India. Worked with Simon India as Stress Lead Guide Engineer for support location and selection and stress analysis. • SHAUAIBAH 150 MEGA WATTS POWER PLANT, Saudi Arabia. In this project I was routing the Lube oil pipes for Turbine as well as doing stress analysis for the system. • MARCHWOOD 600 MEGA WATT POWER PLANTS, England. In this project I had done the basic routing of steam lines and also the stress analysis of those lines. • SUGEN 1100 MEGA WATT POWER PLANT, Gujrat India. In this project I was fully responsible for yard piping as well as also planning some hot water line of Power Block. Basic Layout of firefighting line, Support selection, Isometric checking and Stress analysis of some simple line are the other activities which I was taking care. • SAGUNTO 1100 MEGA WATT POWER PLANT, Spain. In this project I had modeled support for Steam line by using Pelican Forge software. • LOW DENSITY POLY ETHYLENE (LDPE) MARUN, Iran. In this project I had modeled some line and checked all Isometrics. • BURRUP FERTILIZERS PTY. LTD. KARRATHA Australia (2200 MTPD Ammonia Plant). In this project I had prepared Supports and its schedule and also prepared Ammonia Export Pipeline. • IFFCO Energy Saving Project.
