  2. 2. TIME MANAGEMENT Time management is the process of organizing and planning how to divide your time between specific activities . In simple words – “Doing right activities at right time effectively and efficiently”
  3. 3. TIME MANAGEMENT HABITS HOW CAN WE MANAGE TIME?
  4. 4. 1. DEFINE YOUR PURPOSE  Without a clear direction your every day life will feel like a aimless journey  A purpose will release yourself of activities that are not essential
  5. 5. 2. PLAN YOUR WORK  Plan your work then work your plan  Plan your all activities Present Planning Future
  6. 6. 3.TAKE ACTION Don’t wait for the perfect weather. Energies yourself and start working On that project Or task
  7. 7. 4. OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION HOW TO REMOVE PROCRASTINATION Identifying the causes is the first step. Find a solution, Review your real priorities and do not postpone unpleasant tasks. DO IT NOW
  8. 8. 5. FOCUS a).Avoid interruption b).Commit to as single task for extended periods of time and be fully engaged.
  9. 9. 6. STOP MULTITASKING  Juggling multiple tasks has its limits and leads to many things started and nothing finished. This consistently counterproductive and unhealthy in the long run.
  10. 10. 7. SET DEADLINE  It's true that any task takes the exact amount of time allotted to it.  Establishing a due date is a simply way of budgeting your time and accomplishing more.
  11. 11. 8.STOP CHECKING YOUR EM@IL AND NEWS FREQUENTLY  Email is one of the biggest productivity killers. Instead of doing real work, your inbox will get you distracted from accomplishing more important goals throughout the day.
  12. 12. 9.PRIORITIZE  Know and focus on your important high impact activities  Spend your time on things that have an outcome, that leads to the achievement of your goals..
  13. 13. 10.DO NOT CONFUSE URGENT WITH IMPORTANT  Focus on your urgent and important activities  But sometimes, urgent activities that demand immediate attention are less important tasks that can be attended later... Or even dropped out.
  14. 14. 11.WRITE DOWN THINGS  To increase productivity  To memorize things  To save time by do not repeating same activity
  15. 15. 12.USE A WEEKLY PLANNER  Put your goals in perspective and plan in advance how you’re going to make the best use of your available time.
  16. 16. 13.ORGANISE YOUR STUFF  If you know exactly where to find something you feel more in control of your work which leads to greater productivity
  17. 17. 14.BE PUNCTUAL  Last-minute is always stressful.  Without effective scheduling and proper organization you will hardly manage to be on time and this will often affect your credibility
  18. 18. 15.RECONSIDER YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACTIVITY  Social media is to the mind what sugar is to the body.  Spending time on social networks not only that makes you unproductive but also will get your mind tired with useless information.
  19. 19. 16.TAKE BREAKS  It's nearly impossible for anyone to focus and produce high-quality work without giving their brains some time to rest and recharge
  20. 20. 17.PROPER EXERCISE  Physical exercise has a profound effect on your energy, happiness and well-being. It can help you to relax, increase your brain power and even improve your body.
  21. 21. 18.GET ENOUGH SLEEP  In order to get that extra bit of work done we sacrifice our time for sleep and renewing. This leads to less energy through the day and takes a substantial toll on cognitive performance and productivity. We should have take 6 to 7 hrs sound sleep.
  22. 22. 19.BECOME AN EARLY RISER  It is so much easier to stay up later than it is to get up earlier, which leads to sleep deprivation and negative impact on your mood and productivity but early morning is great time to be productive.
  23. 23. 20.REWARD YOURSELF you can set reward yourself.
  24. 24. 21.ACT RESPONSIBLY  It’s your time and you are 100% in charge of how you’re spending it.  How are you going to use your time today to make the best out of you and your projects ?  Rome was not built in a day.
  25. 25. 22.EAT HEALTHY  Junk food is responsible for draining your energy level. Choose a meal that will actually fuel your body and helps you perform through the day.  Healthy mind lives in a healthy body
