  2. 2. • While in your meditative state you relax your physical body, let muscle tension release. • Repeat your mantra (a meaningless word or sound) either silently or in a soft tone. Focusing on positive energy and letting go of all things negative. • This style of meditation is usually done twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. 3. • Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. • Decide what it is you want to work on visualizing, guided imagery is a combination of sounds, music and visualizing to accomplish a goal. • Listen to whatever script or music you have chosen from and focus on the exercise, listening to the readers voice and relaxing as instructed. • Here are a few pre recorded exercises that I found that can be used to this technique • Guided Imagery – Relaxation • Guided Imagery - Anxiety Relief • Guided Imagery - Healing
