 Supervised a global delivery team of approximately 175 resources across both US and India
encompassing work entry, estimating, architecture,development, testing and PM roles. 80% offshore,

 Developed and managed resource capacity planning, forecasting and release management for monthly
and quarterly releases (Monthly 5-20,000 hour work effort - three concurrent Monthly releases and
ongoing integrated quarterly releases
 Implemented SDLC process improvements through monthly process improvement joint sessions with
client leadership. Improvements included: Automated testing, estimating (templates/models), resource
management, operations environment scorecards,phase-end checklists, peer review processes,“Follow
the sun” communication processes
