Respect and a commitment to development allow employees to take risks and strive for and achieve stretch goals in cohesive teams despite cross-border environments

Coaching is a new profession which draws from many fields to encourage personal development and enhanced performance. A safe, collaborative and respectful conversation enables/empowers individuals and groups to stretch themselves, be more positive, set better goals and achieve them faster.

1. What is corporate coaching?

Coaches assist in business planning, goal setting, budgeting , strategic design, turnarounds, mergers and integrations, improving individual or team performance , conflict resolution, making decisions, prioritizing projects, increasing sales, getting ahead of the competition … and much more!

2. What issues can coaching resolve?

Like an athletic coach, a corporate coach is someone who brings out the best in an organization. We are not hired to deliver a pre-packaged solution, and we do not assume responsibility for the end result. We provide you with the structure and tools to come to your own resolutions and achieve your goals.

3. Why should I hire a coach rather than a consultant??

Coaches do not diagnose problems (though some may become evident during our work), and we do not focus on the past or try to heal individuals or organizations. Coaching is not a band-aid. We remain in the present and help you look forward to develop and create the future you seek.

4. Isn’t coaching the same as therapy; can you “fix” our problem?

Coaching is effective in one-to-one settings as well as small group settings. Larger groups may benefit more from trainings. In our experience, the most effective corporate coaching includes individual executive sessions, as well as team or group sessions. Top-management buy-in is the key to success!

5. Can you coach teams or individuals only?
30. 30.

Effective coaching requires an environment of trust. All company information shared will be handled with strict confidentiality and not recorded. In team projects, specific agreements about the limits of confidentiality vis á vis the management will be expressly agreed upon before coaching sessions begin.

6. Where does confidentiality begin and end?

It depends. Each offer is individual. We must assess your needs in order to suggest a method, format and price . Following an initial fact-finding meeting, you will receive a hand-crafted, flexible offer. We generally expect a minimum time commitment in order to increase effectiveness and sustainability.

7. How much is this going to cost us?

Results are visible in different stages for different issues, but coaching is generally a very quick, but very deep method for addressing challenges. A shift may occur within the first session, or it may require 3 to 6 months or longer to see an impact. One question can sometimes change a person’s life.

8. How long will it take to see results?

Studies prove that coaching ROI can be easily measured by increased revenue and turnover, improved promotion and retention rates, greater job satisfaction and performance appraisals, positive shifts in the working environment, improved communication, decline in conflicts… and more!

9. What’s the expected return on my investment?

If you feel that this type of relationship might work for you, then call us and let’s talk about it. Coaching is not something we sell – it’s something you buy because you want it and are ready to see results. If we are not the best team to help you achieve your goals, we are happy to recommend someone else .

10. What do I need to do to get started?
