General Work Rules
1. Failure to be at the job assignment "work place", ready to work fifteen (15) minutes before the starting time.
2. Willfully damaging, destroying, or stealing property belonging to fellow employees, the client or client
employees.
3. Fighting or engaging in horseplay or disorderly conduct. Including but not limited to intergroup/intragroup
politics causing problems between "work place" employees and Ankeny Temporary Services employees.
4. Refusing or failing to carry out any instructions of a supervisor at Ankeny Temporary Services or a client.
5. Leaving work early without permission from Ankeny Temporary Services or your job assignment supervisor. It

6. Ignoring work duties or loafing during work hours. Sleeping or napping on the job.
7. Coming to work under the influence of alcohol or any drugs, or bringing alcoholic beverages, drugs, syringe
needles onto Ankeny Temporary Services or client’s property.
8. Intentionally giving any false information or misleading information to obtain employment or a leave of
absence.
9. Threatening or abusive language towards fellow Ankeny Temporary Services employees or clients'
employees.
10. Using another employee's time care or falsifying any record concerning payroll.
11. Not have a valid Drivers' License and your own transportation.
12. Willfully or habitually violating safety and health regulations according to client standards.
13. Smoking contrary to establish policy or violating any other fire protection regulations.
14. Failing to wear clothing conforming to standard set by the client.
15. Not taking proper care of, neglecting, or abusing Ankeny Temporary Services or clients' equipment and tolls.
16. Being tardy or taking long breaks from work or unexcused absences. No calling Ankeny Temporary Services
will be considered "NO Call No Show" and you will be automatically terminated.
17. Giving client confidential information out. When asked you work for Ankeny Temporary Services, not for the
client.

19. Violation of probationary rules when under Federal or State probation programs.
20. Coming to work not in dress code.
21. Refusing to do a job assignment after telling ATS you will do it.
22. Lying, stealing, and networking to get dates on the job. Do that on your own time.
The following is a list of behaviors that Ankeny Temporary Services considered unacceptable. Any employee
found engaging in these behaviors or behaviors listed in the statement and Employee Handbook you will be
automatically terminated without notification.
