Now days my role and responsibility for “Sterling & Wilson” Project handle for Hero Moto
Corp. Halol is as per below mentioned duties since three years:
• Contract labour management. More than 30 Contractor including AMC & Job Based Contract having
more than 500 labours.
• Compliance Verification of all the contractors as per various Enactments.
• Liasoning with govt. Authorities.
• Contract Labour Management, Ensuring Compliance of Contract Labour Act under the various labour
laws, like PF, P.Tax, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Etc.
2. • Maintaining statutory Compliances as per Government Rules. & Prepared MIS of Contract Labour
manpower monthly / as and when require for Management.
• PF calculation, and Handling PF Withdrawal and Transfer process of company Employees.
• Create records for employment office and submit reports by Quarterly / Half-yearly / yearly.
• Handling Discipline Related issued for Regular employees and Secondary manpower.
• Handling Time Keeping and Resolving Attendance related issues of more than 500 employees.
• Calculating and finalizing the attendance of all the Staff for the Payroll Processing.
• Responsible for People Connect HRMS (Time Management System & Employee Self Service).
• Handling Group Hospitalization / Mediclaim Scheme for more than 500 Employees.
• Handling Various Schemes of the Company like, Salary Loan, and maintaining the data base for all the
schemes and providing it to the management from time to time.
• Preparing various reports like, Manpower Avaibility, overtime, Late Coming, and sending it to the
Management for necessary action on it.
• Preparing MIS Reports at the end of month for Primary and Secondary Manpower, New Joining,
Transfer, Resignation, Overtime Data, Salary Loan, etc. for higher Management.
• New Joining Entry in HRMS for Finger Punching System, Educating the new Employee about various
policies & Procedure of company. Full and final Settlement of Employee.
• Grievance handling of entire Employee for making Employee Relation more effective. ( Incharge of Hr
Helpdesk and Time office)
• Ensuring proper Distribution and Audit of welfare items like, Tea and uniform, Shoes, every year,
Diwali gift, co-operative gift, etc.
• Maintaining good Employee Relation in the office so that their day to day issues can be resolved.
• Prepared MIS of Contract Labour manpower monthly / as and when require for Management.
• Generating MIS for Contract workman and giving it to the higher up in the prescribed schedule at the
end of the month for head count Reporting.
