As a Director of Praxis Skills Training and Consultancy, Dr.Arivalan has a strong passion for training and research. His trainings are known to be highly interactive with valuable and relevant participant centered activities. His training programs are customized to suit the participants’ competency levels. He is a visiting professor to five universities in Philippines and one in Vietnam.
