3. Grilled Shrimp in
Sweet Marinade
This is a very simple and easy
marinade that makes your shrimp
the best in town, even without
sauce.
Ingredients:
3 cloves of minced garlic, 1/3 cup olive oil, ¼ cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil,
½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper, 2 pounds peeled fresh shrimp
Instructions:
Mix the garlic, olive oil, and tomato sauce. Season with salt and pepper, you may add basil if you
wish to do so. Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir with the mix until all the pieces are coated
evenly. Once done, place the prepared marinade in the refrigerator for half an hour to an hour.
Remember to stir once or twice in between to avoid the shrimp from sticking together. When the
marinade is ready, grill your shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp’s color become
opaque. Add in the thrill by placing your shrimps on skewers.
