2. What does F.m.S. mean ? F.M.S. means Finance Management System. It is based on case study of an existing finance companies. It is a web based project. This project fulfill all the requirements of a “ Finance Management System” like register a client details, issuing of loans, storage of information as well as update the data of existing client and the data of particular client. This project shows all information regarding client which are required for Finance Management System.
3. OBJECTIVES Generally we see that even a middle class Company face the problems in issuing a loan from the bank. Thus problem has been eliminated in the project. Thus our main objective is to provide loan to the client without any difficulty. The overall aim of the application is to ease the task of the administrator or any so called head and not indulging him again and again meeting of the employees involved in the business to get any type of information about the business.
4. Silent Features Of C.F.S An employee would be able to : Apply for the loan amount of new client. Check the status of all client project. Check the monthly profit. Add the new employee. Check the payment of project.
12. GENERAL CONSTRAINTS The user should be well aware of the system functions and forms. The rest of the functions such as crosschecking and retrieval of the money if the customer is a defaulter is to be taken manually. System should be highly secure.
