- Administration module- through this system the administrator defines the available services, the employees assigned on each service, and the Based on MS CRM2. Booking module: through the portal, citizens can choose the nearest governmental office that provides the needed service, and find available time slots, and book appointments. 3. Check-in system/central screen: though this module, the citizen checks in once he/she arrives to the governmental office. Some business rules may be applied like restricting the check-in of citizens before a certain configurable duration.4. Employees: employees process the requests of the checked-in citizens.5. Supervisor: has access to the “Crisis Management” module where he can check the status of services and take corrective action if a service queue gets overloaded. The supervisor gets notified by SMS in the case of overload.
