This article presents a conceptual model for measuring supply chain performance with three levels - strategic, tactical, and operational. It identifies key performance indicators for each level, including quality, cost, and speed for the operational level; flexibility and asset management for the tactical level; and market and financial outcomes for the strategic level. The model provides a framework for developing and implementing a balanced performance measurement system for supply chain management.
