5. The main growth drivers are supply of improved breed, feed, and fodder, veterinary health services, smallholder farmers, and private sector-led investments. Growth Drivers Livestock -> 2.9 percent of National GDP Fisheries -> 5 percent of National GDP Aquaculture is the driving force due to intensive technological management and improved fish breeds. Unfortunately the growth in open water fisheries is declining, though it still contribute more than 40 percent of total fish production .
