3. MRE was incorporated on the 6th of March 2012 under the
laws of the Republic of Kiribati pursuant to Section 9(2) of the
Companies Ordinance 1979.
MRE contract for exploration of polymetallic nodules was
approved and ENTERED INTO FORCE ON 19th January
2015.
Marawa through the Government is a Kiribati Company which
is sub-contracting Deep Green Engineering (DGE) to conduct
seabed mineral activities on its behalf in the CCZ.
