5. WHAT DOES “HORIZON” MEAN? From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia The horizon (Ancient Greek , /ho horídzôn/, from , "to limit") is the apparent line that separates earth from sky. More precisely, it is the line that divides all of the directions one can possibly look into two categories: those which intersect the Earth's surface, and those which do not. At many locations, the true horizon is obscured by nearby trees, buildings, mountains and so forth. The resulting intersection of earth and sky is instead described as the visible horizon.
6. BYH REPRESENTS Beyond Your Horizons represents the “TRUE” horizon that divides all of the directions one can possibly look, which are two categories: those which intersect the Earth's surface and those which do not.
7. CLIENT CHALLENGES I’ve done research and group facilitation with over 300 African American women during employment with Women’s Employment Resources Corporation (WERC); while working on my B.A. in Human Development and Community Services studies at Western Institute for Social Research (WISR); and becoming a Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner. What I’ve found is that there are four things that cause major problems in the body and spreads like a dis-ease in one’s life. These are resentment, criticism, guilt, and fear. These feelings come from blaming others and not taking responsibility for one’s own experiences.

9. Criticism as a permanent habit can often lead to arthritis in the body.
12. CLIENT SOLUTION BYH helps the client free the mind, body and spirit of stress and models how a one can take 100% responsibility for how they think, feel and act. Then their life's horizon becomes less blurred, goals become clearly defined and all boundaries as to what a person can achieve is unlimited by space and time.
