utensil such as pen or pencil. the term encompasses
both printing and cursive styles and is separate from
formal calligraphy or typeface.
 Because each person’s handwriting is unique, it can
be used to verify a document’s writer and the
deterioration of a person’s handwriting is also a
symptom or result of certain disease,

4. There are two types of hand writing
analysis groups
 Graphology study of how handwriting reflects a persons
personality and character traits.
 Questioned Document Examiner or Forensic Document
Examiner:
• Determine whether a questioned writing of
unknown origin was authorised by a person whose
known writings are available.
