The franchisee fee Rs. 200000 to Rs. 6,00,000 for the initial term of three (3) years.

Tier 1 Cities – Rs. 6 Lacs - (Free Reports of Rs. 3.6 Lacs)



Tier 2 Towns – Rs. 4 Lacs - (Free Reports of Rs. 2.4 Lacs)



Tier 3 Towns – Rs. 3 Lacs - (Free Reports of Rs. 1.8 Lacs)

Tier 4 Towns – Rs. 2 Lacs – (Free Reports of Rs. 1.2 Lacs)



The franchisee gets free reports of 60% of the franchisee fee. .



Revenue Sharing is based on the gross fee collection on assessment & reports after the sales of free reports



Between 250 to 1000 reports in a year – Revenue Share – 35% Franchisee: 65% Dheya





Up to a volume of 250 reports in a year – Revenue Share – 30% Franchisee :70% Dheya

Above 1000 Student in a year – Revenue Share – 40% Franchisee: 60% Dheya

Revenue Sharing is based on the gross fee collection on Basic Career Guidance


Above 1000 Student in a year – Revenue Share – 50% Franchisee: 50% Dheya



An yearly Performance Bonus plan is based on target vs. achievement.



Performance reward scheme would be applicable to those who meet their annual targets.



Disbursement Months of Business Associate revenue Share: Second week of the subsequent month.
