Docswallet is the digital locker service provided to access the verified reports from the verification received from verifiers who are listed online on www.directverify.in

2. Search the institute required for verification from www.directverify.in

3. Select Service Request drop down menu – Select required option for the digital document service

4. Enter all the key information related to the Certificate application, Upload the Document as per the T&C

5. Review the uploaded file for verification

6. Get started by activating the Docswallet account which will be opened free automatically based on the
entered email. Once the verifications are completed, the Certificate will be deposited in the user’s
Docswallet account with the reg. email id as the username.

7. If you have already an account with the Docswallet, secure login using the password (also, reset the password)

8. For a more credibility, Users can provide the personal details and proceed

9. Review the transaction and proceed with payment

10. Make the Payment through Net banking, Credit/ Debit Cards

11. After successful payment User will get the confirmation on the screen and by email/SMS and the verification
moves to the pending queue

12. User Receives the Request confirmation mail to the registered email if the payment was successful

13. Requester will receive the transaction complete confirmation mail once the verification gets completed

15. User can login to the account to preview, download & share the verified document based on the confirmation mail

16. Secure Login to your Docswallet account using the registered email and password

17. In “My Digital Locker” you will be able to access the verified document.

18. In “My Digital Locker” you can download and preview the verified document

20. In “My Digital Locker” you will be able to access the verified document by downloading the report.

21. The clear verifier remarks with details of the verification will be available with the completed report

23. In “My Digital Locker” you will be able to share through the button “E-share”

24. Select the Document

25. Enter the destination details either to listed partners of Docswallet or to an unlisted partner

26. For listed partners(ex: SACA embassy sharing)

27. To any unlisted partners; (ex: xyz@y2j.com)

28. Review and confirm the Details of the Sharing and Proceed
