He'll also explore new web tools and explain how social networks like Facebook and LinkedIn, microblogging platforms like Twitter/Jaiku, and other applications with open APIs play into any organizations' communication strategy. Finally, Boris will explain the return on investment reaped from contributing client work back into to the open source software core and the organic growth of open source development communities.
