HubSpot is giving admins more control of their data by now
allowing them to enforce the entry of clean, reliable, and
accurate data into their system with data validations for date
inputs.

customers to be more confident when

When permanently deleting a contact, you and your
contacts can now get proof that the contact was
deleted through a confirmation email.

Before this change, there was no confirmation
document available when deleting a contact. Now you
can send yourself an email for your records, and send
confirmation directly to any contacts that request to be
deleted.

Being able to easily find and share your
meeting link was one of the most
requested features in the mobile app.

You can now create colored deal tags, making it easier
for sales reps to visually scan the board view and know
which deals to prioritize.
Super admins can create up to ten (10) deal tags, each
based on a set of conditions.

overwhelming to users, making it hard to immediately

precious time trying to digest the information on the

Email notifications for comments have been upgraded
to provide more details and context directly in the
received notification emails.

asset name where the comment was created. It also
display the contents of the comment directly in the
notification email along with any previous comments on
the same comment thread.

The HubSpot App for Zoom Meetings now has playbooks.
This gives your sales team the ability to do all of the following
within a Zoom call:
● Use any available playbooks in HubSpot
● Log and track data to the HubSpot contact record
● Search for and view existing HubSpot contacts
● Associate the playbook with the contact record in
HubSpot
