on online social networks. This huge amount of data contains
valuable customer opinions and behavioral patterns, representing
both opportunities and threats for those companies.!

We have put together this report about four Silicon Valley
companies which have great exposure in terms of social media
conversations. For those companies a single trending story could
mean the win or loss of millions of dollars in brand value. !

Altogether there were about 200,000 tweets about Snapchat,
Netflix, Spotify and Dropbox in the english language on april 1st. !
