Avoid contraceptive pills: She should discontinue oral contraceptives at least 3 and preferably 6
months before trying to get pregnant.

Today iam here to explain about pre conception care.Before entering into the topic I would like to give a small introduction about pre conception care.
Pre conception care-it is an opportunity for women and her partner to improve their health before strat trying for a baby.Basically every women and her partner have to know about the importance of pcc,need of pcc,why pcc, then only they can able to understand the essential of this care.
This care will help them to improve thier health status before conception and also to increasing the chances of conception. now will move on to the topic.

Inter.c p- period between pregnancies that midwives provide intensive care – constant care, close supervision of women.
This is the role of midwife have to follow in the pre conception care.
Paradigm means – change that happens l-something replaced by a new \
as a women,we have to be an example for future generation. By seeing us they will follow that.
