At the brainstorming, all ideas get a form and grow.
But life is not as beautiful as the stories tell.
The deadline is closer. The client calls the account
manager. The boss yells for time. The creatives team
ask to remind you of their needs for creating. So,
disgrace is done.

But, how? If the hurry can transform an excellent job in a lagged delivery.

The human mind uses the memory for building new information.
The planning is a discipline that requires a behavior based in the
capacity to see, not like any person, but to see the process and
add content, inspiration, strategy to all jobs.

Nassim Taleb* explains three mistakes about our minds when we remind
the history (the past):
The illusion of understanding - When everybody thinks that knows about
the world and all events.
Retrospective Distortion - The memories seem to be clearer and more
obvious than they really are.
Overvaluation - Everything that I know happens to be what defines my
specialty, in such a way that makes me think that I'm sure of what I’ve
said, discarding everything that I cannot know.

action, because we tend to forget what we
know or forget how to process it properly if
we do not pay attention, even when we are
specialists.

strategic analysis. When? In the moment that our
hurry gets in the control. If this happens, naively,
we do the revenue to solve the jobs.

One day the turkey decides to think about his life. Wow! It’s the best life.
Always had food, nap and scratched his way around the farm, in the
right time. Healthy life. He had 1.000 perfect days. But in the thousandth
first day something happened. Thanksgiving. So he died.
