It presents Kenya as an example where this holistic approach has been implemented, strengthening over 30 fresh produce companies, 100,000 small-scale growers, consultancy companies, industry associations, universities, an NGO, and public sector bodies. The document emphasizes that a holistic approach along the entire value chain is essential to achieving real change and impact in food safety.
