Process/Steps of Archiving Prod. Orders
1. Setting the delete flag (can be reset)
• Updates status I0076 in JEST table
2. Setting the final deletion indicator (cannot be reset)
• Updates status I0013 in JEST table
3. Reorganizing (actual archiving/deleting)
• Writes to the OpenText and physically deletes from the system
Note: All the three steps are executed at the same time, but can be separated

Below conditions must be satisfied for a production order to be archive eligible-
 Production orders must be older than 2 years from the current date (Basic start date < 2 yrs)
 It has the order category ‘10' and Order types ZP01, ZP02, ZP03, ZP04, ZP05, PP01
 No open Purchase requisition or Purchase order
 No open confirmations or goods movement
 No open or active inspection lot for the order
 No active quality notifications for the order
 It is not a static assembly order
 The order is settled, or the balance is equal to zero.
