3. INTERACTIVITY
• When initially interacting with the system I found that the colour blue overwhelmed the page.
When hovering over tabs most of them changed to a darker blue, however some did not change
state at all or only slightly.
• Although the site is trustworthy, it appears packed with adverts for all sorts, not just films which
makes it seem less official. The page is too busy and ordered incorrectly in terms of relevance
which makes the experience less enjoyable and although the site attempts to make you explore
further, the proportions of the icons do not encourage this.
5. INTERACTIVITY
• When initially interacting with the system I found the weight of the font to be the same for
different things, and that everything was in one list and difficult to distinguish. The interface was
responsive to touch and highlighted options as the user clicked. Although the system was straight
forward to use, there was no sense of priority of options.
• The choice of options on the left hand side allowed the user to explore what was available to use
and provoked new ways of categorising time keeping.
7. INTERACTIVITY
• The system looks old fashioned but interacts well as the colour of the block changes as you use the
remote to move around. However the screen is not visually appealing. It continually refreshes and
updates but is nit quick to move about the screen as you have to move block by block, so it takes a
while to flick through several channels.
• It would be more tempting to explore if there was a preview of the programme and
recommended other related programmes. The fact that there are remote instructions on the tv
guide shows there is room for improvement on intuitive.
