Liza joined Coca-Cola Enterprises Canada in 2009
as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, to create
and lead an in-house team of recruiters managing
2,000 hires per year. Liza successfully launched a
centralized, technology-based talent acquisition
approach to streamline and support the hiring of
permanent and seasonal associates. In January
2011, Liza was promoted to the position of
Director Talent Acquisition Canada.
In April 2015, Liza was promoted to her current
role of Group Director, Talent Acquisition North
America for The Coca-Cola Company. In her role,
she is responsible for all recruitment across the
United States for Coca-Cola North America, Coca-
Cola Limited Canada, as well as leading the Lean
Center COE of Talent Acquisition for Coca-Cola
Refreshments across the USA and Canada.
