A TODOS LOS TRABAJADORES/AS DEL 
HOSPITAL DE LA VALL D´HEBRÓN. 
PARO  DE  6 HORAS  EN  EL  ICS 
DÍA  9  NOVIEMBRE  (11H A 17H) 
Y  MANIFESTACIÓN A  LAS  12 H.  DESDE  EL  ICS 
HASTA  LA  PLAZA   DE  SANT  JAUME, 
PARA  TODO  EL  PERSONAL  NO  FIJO  DEL  ICS. 
1­ No  es por oportunismo sindical, sino por coherencia por lo que en el 2004 hayamos convocado 
movilizaciones contra la precariedad en la sanidad catalana. 
2­Algunos de nosotros estuvimos en la huelga de 43 días de 1990 o en el encierro de 5 meses del 
2002.  Entonces  conseguimos  más  de  6000  plazas  fijas  y  el  reconocimiento  del  Parlamento  de 
Cataluña de la temporalidad y la necesidad de adoptar medidas. 
3­En una y otra lucha no es cierto que estuviésemos solos. Tuvimos lo fundamental: el apoyo y la 
solidaridad de muchos/as trabadores precarios, aunque también la oposición de la  Administración y 
la mayoría de las direcciones sindicales. 
4­También  entonces  se  comentaba  en  los  pasillos  la  ilegalidad  e  imposibilidad  de  conseguir 
nuestros  objetivos.  Se  demostró  entonces  que  sólo  con  la  lucha  se  consigue  algo,  sin  lucha 
seguimos en la inestabilidad y el burocratismo. 
5­No es verdad que no hayamos planteado una reivindicación ultimatista. Somos conscientes de la 
desigualdad en la correlación de fuerzas, por lo que también no somos de la necesidad de abrir 
brechas contra la precariedad y con paciencia y constancia extenderemos nuestras movilizaciones 
a todos los sectores de la administración pública afectados. Necesitamos un plan de lucha desde el 
día 14 de noviembre hasta final de año y durante todo el 2005.
