Work Proposal to Accelerate Company’s Sustainability Transformation of Current Business Performance Redefining Company structure, management and indication of tasks vs. expected results within a set frame. Improving the channels and quality of internal and external communication. Coaching employees to do their best and facilitating conditions for them to love their jobs. Setting a frame to assess outcomes and expected results. Improving social capital internally and in the surroundings, especially in the area where the company is settled. Accounting the use of resources, such like: energy, water, paper, etc. used in each department to employ them into the company’s  	Strategy to reduce the ecological footprint and efficiency improvement.

Work Proposal to Accelerate Company’s Sustainability As part of the Corporate Social Responsibility, executing competitions among local youth in topics of social ventures that can be applied in their communities to improve their life quality and that could improve their leadership skills.  Before presenting a product within the market, identify if it relates with local culture and if there would be any threat towards conservation of local traditions and/ or could affect the success of the product. Get feedback out of any initiative within or around the company to improve its impact. Set the company’s policy in Sustainability while raising awareness among employees regarding the importance and scope of having sustainable habits in the company and in their lives. Contract an external consulting firm which verifies the company’s performance to fit with international ISO’s.
