Ozone Dose – Raw Water Treatment : 3.0 – 5.0 ppm
Ozone Dose – Processed Water Additive : 1.5 – 2.5 ppm
Ozone Generator Capacity = Water Flow Rate (m3/hr) X Ozone Dose (gm/m3)
For Example = 25 (m3/hr) X 2.0 – 2.5 (gm/m3) = 50 - 63 gm/hr
= 25 – 32 gm/hr X 3 nos. (2 W + 1S)
= 95 gm/hr (Total installed Capacity)
Recommended Ozonator Model: OG/HC –50 x 3 nos. (2 W + 1 S)

Feed Air for Oxygen = Capacity of Oxygen (Nm3/hr) x 16 (Multiplying Factor)
= 1.1 (Nm3/hr ) X 16
= 17.6 Nm3/hr i.e. 10.4 CFM
