1. Start small by picking a customer segment, product line, or
business unit.
2. Come to terms that this is change management, not a one-time
Sales or Marketing project.
3. Journey map through the buyers’ eyes the key interactions, pain
points and moments of influence.
4. Follow a proven methodology, like the Sellers Compass, to guide
you through the entire process.
5. Build internal support by storytelling the ROI in ways that speak to
leaders’ metrics.
6. Involve employees to own the pilots, it increases success and
momentum.
7. Established a small funded, central CX COE team, the rest of the
company owns CX.
