Dear Margaret Primacio and Ashley Stibbard:

       On behalf of Continental Pacific LLC, notice is hereby given that the lease of the
premises located at New Camp #480 is terminated effective 12:01 a.m. on December 7, 2012.

       This notice is given pursuant to the month to month lease that you signed with
Continental Pacific (copy enclosed) which provides:

                  Month to Month Term. The term of this Lease shall be
                  month-to-month.... The Landlord must give Tenant written
                  notice at least forty-five (45) calendar days in advance to
                  terminate this Lease. Tenant may move and vacate the
                  Premises at any time during the last forty-five (45) calendar
                  days and shall notify Landlord of the date Tenant intends
                  to vacate the Premises. Tenant will be responsible for the
                  prorated rent for the time it occupies the Premises. If the
                  Premises are torn down, or converted to a condominium,
                  Landlord will give Tenant a written notice at least one
                  hundred twenty (120) calendar days in advance to
                  terminate this Lease.

       There are no plans for disturbance of the soil and no plans by Continental Pacific to tear
down the Premises. One hundred twenty days' notice of condominium conversion was given
more than 120 days ago.

Dear Mr. Maghanoy:

       On behalf of Continental Pacific LLC, notice is hereby given that the lease of the
premises located at New Camp #37 is terminated effective 12:01 a.m. on December 7. 2012.

       This notice is given pursuant to the month to month lease that you signed with
Continental Pacific (copy enclosed) which provides:

                  Month to Month Term. The term of this Lease shall be
                  month-to-month.... The Landlord must give Tenant written

    Dear Helen, Thomas, Valerie & Julius,

    This is to serve notice that as per "Item 3. Month to Month Term" of our Lease Agreement
    dated July 23, 2012 you have 45 days from the receipt of this notice to vacate the property
    located at New Camp #14. As per the Landlord Tenant Code: "the tenant may vacate the unit
    at any time within the 45 day period and is responsible for payment of prorated rent for the
    period that the premises are occupied and for notifying the landlord of the day of vacating."
    This means if you move out sooner, prepaid rent will be reimbursed to you at a daily rate of
    $21.67 per day.

    You must notify us no less than 48 hours prior to vacating the unit in order for a check out time
    and date to be scheduled during our normal business hours (9:00 a.m. - 4 p.m.). Your Security
    Deposit may not be used for rent. The home must be left clean, all personal property removed,
    and all keys turned in at check-out appointment.
