ZUMBA FITNESS
Zumba is a fun way to get a great cardio workout into your fitness routine. Combining
70% Latin dance moves with 30% fitness components, Zumba is an all over workout
great for beginners and novices alike. From the moment you begin the pounding Latin
beats will get your body swaying to the Mambo and feet moving to a Salsa or Merengue.
No dance experience necessary, just a great attitude and the ability to let yourself go
with the music! So, ditch the workout and join the party!!! The instructor recommends
to bring water and a towel, wear workout shoes with little to no traction on the bottom
(such as an old pair of running shoes or dance aerobic sneakers).
5:30-6:30 p.m. • Instructor: Joy Schoer • Fee: $55.00
