The fundraiser is a chance for us to generate enough money to
support our grassroots projects so that we can continue to do
the fantastic work we do with the community in our local area.
We would love your participation in the event being held at the
start of Spring, a great chance to fill our faces with fresh air.
There will be a fine feast of food and drinks available, warm
hearty organic meals and plenty of cake.
Bring a picnic blanket, some chairs and soak in some of
those feel-good vibes that nature brings. We will have lots of
interesting topics to talk about such as fungi and foraging.
If you’ve not been to the gardens, you are in for a treat. There
are resident chickens, vegetable growing areas, beautiful trees
to walk though and a fairy garden, along with an upcycle shop
and hide out cabin. It is really a peaceful place to be.
It is a fabulous chance for us to connect and communicate with
one another, children and businesses alike, on the subject of our
wellbeing and our environment. It is also chance for you to give
your contribution to the same.
If you are strapped for cash, we understand. We still need you...
your support by power of numbers, inspiration and positive
vibes proves that people back their local nature spots and
those who are truly doing the good work on the ground.
If you can dig deep, our belief is that if you are a part of that
community, whether you are a business or resident, and local to
it in some way, a contribution from one will benefit many.
We aim to raise £10,000 by the end of March. This is a great
opportunity to help us meet that milestone.
Our aim is to raise £3,000 during this event and have a minimum
of 200 people attend the two days of fun.. A mass display of
what community really is and how grassroots can really help!!
If you are a business please can you let us know which of the
days you would like to join. We have included Friday in case you
wanted a gathering outside the workplace in light of wellbeing.
The aim is to have as many as possible so please don’t hesitate
to contact us or come along.
