- 4. Laura Theodore is a 2015 TASTE award-winning, recognized public television personality, vegan chef, radio host, cookbook author, and award-winning recording artist. Laura is the on-camera host of the highly successful, five season, 65-episode, Jazzy Vegetarian cooking series on public television, available in over 90% of USHH. She hosts the popular podcast radio show, Jazzy Vegetarian Radio. Ms. Theodore is author of three cookbooks including: Laura Theodore's Vegan-Ease, Jazzy Vegetarian Classics, and Jazzy Vegetarian. Laura has been a featured guest on The Talk on CBS, Insider/ Entertainment Tonight (HBO Red Carpet), News 4-NBC, Fox News 8, The Better Show and the WCBS Health & Wellbeing Report. - 24. ANOTEFROMLAURA 24" A"NOTE"from"LAURA" I have always loved entertaining groups of friends for dinner parties and for the holidays! Thus, many years ago, I began to focus on creating plant-based dishes that would entice folks to visit and dine at my home – even though many of my friends were not vegans, or even vegetarians, themselves. My ambition was to offer outstanding plant-based fare that would please the omnivorous palates of our neighbors, overnight guests, and visiting relatives. As my veggie creations became more and more popular with family and friends, I continued to focus on creating fabulously delicious, vegan versions of classic, traditional American Cuisine.
