6. We started with OpenStreetMap and Google's terrain view as an alternative. We switched to a customised CloudMade Map style because: - most views are on city-level (30x30km) - we don't need car navigation (street numbers, exit numbers, titles) - we wanted to use less bright colours - we wanted the map colours to fit the overall website style - we have an underground-lines overlay
