These requirements should be implemented otherwise the system may not meet business needs. This stage will somehow determine how the system should function. </li></ul><ul><li>All requirements must be listed and classified to ensure that the system will have all the expected properties and could exceed business expectations of the system. </li></ul>

During this time, developers become users as they try out the system to determine if it is reaching expected performance and output. </li></ul><ul><li>Bugs and errors in the system will surface at this stage. Even if the bugs and errors are already present in the system prior to the project, they will have to be fixed if they affect the project requirements. </li></ul><ul><li>As the system is being developed, developers must document on what they have done in this stage. </li></ul>
