Gud Mould Industry Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of plastic injection moulds
and die-casting moulds. Founded in 2007, Gud Mould Industry Co., Ltd. covers an area
of 7000 square meters and has more than 100 experienced staffs, of which more than
30 with years of experience in this field. Gud Mould has a large number of advanced
precision die and mould processing equipment such as EDM, WEDM, milling machines,
tool grinders; detection equipment and instruments such as imported spectrometers,
metallographic analyzers, water capacity detectors, coordinate detectors, gauges.
International advanced AutoCAD, Pro/E, UG, Cimatron, MASTERCAM are applied in die
design and production. All manufacturing processes realize digitalization to ensure
stability of high precision and quality of dies. Materials are made of high quality steel and
precision standard die base, which ensures service performance and life. In line with
principle of customer first, we provide best quality, delivery, service and reasonable price,
absolutely guarantee interests of customers, and provide confidentiality commitment to
all technical information of customers.

12. ENGINEER SYSTEM
Gud Mould has a group of competitive molding designers
who can design 3D, 2D and other molding design
efficiently and accurately. Simultaneously CAD / CAM /
CAE, ProEngineer and Solidworks UG design software are
introduced to improve design quality and progress. To
minimize design errors, actual machining conditions is be
taken into account to perform a model flow analysis for
product structure. MOLDFLOW software is used to
simulate resin flow in the cavity, provide the best
solution and greatly shorten mold development cycle.

Gud Mould have a strict quality management system,
and equipped with a number of high-precision testing
equipment imported from abroad. From production to
delivery, quality control permeates every link. At the
same time, we also have strict certification procedures
for suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials and

14. CONTINUOUS INNOVATION
Professional software analysis and engineering
evaluation are carried out for different structure and
mould production in Gud Mould, reasonable structural
requirements are synthesized, die structure is simplified,
and technical review with customers is strengthened.
Different inspection and review standards (photoelectric,
medical, automotive products, etc.) are formulated
according to different product areas to thoroughly
understand design requirements. We conduct periodic
evaluations to find the best way to reduce design cost of
