  1. For most people, the most bewildering aspect of the New Media is the surging new vocabulary. It increases the sense disempowerment felt by many a successful and previously confident organizers. Our workshop cuts through the word changes while supporting the view that organizing culture must change to take advantage of the New Media. Alternative title could just as easily be “How Web 2.0 has Changed Organizing”
