Originally created for a valued CLI client, the session allows people to consider strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of up to 10 items at one time. Participants stroll past multiple giant SWOT boards and use post-it® notes to assess each area. The result is a review of multiple opt opinions on multiple topics.

created a new take on the old SWOT analysis
(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats).
Imagine your next strategic audit being done as a
“gallery walk”, with people reviewing issues of
concern on large poster boards. Using post-it notes,
individuals place their thoughts on a series of SWOT
“boards” spread throughout our training location.
We review and funnel the information to clarify real opportunities, confront assumptions
and start to develop a cohesive strategic approach.
When to use the SWOT Gallery Walk
Use this session to review your business, a project or a specific situation. We use multiple
SWOTS to maximize the evaluation potential of looking at a number of concerns at the
same time.
