2. ABSTRACT
5G- Fifth generation technology that makes use of
mobile phones.
In 5G, includes development of WWWW, Dynamic
Adhoc Wireless Networks (DAWN) and Real Wireless
Communication.
Currently 5G term is not officially used. In INDIA , it may be
introduced in the early 2020s.
3. WHAT IS WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY ?
Wireless communication is the transfer of information
between two or more points that are not connected
by an electrical conductor.
Other examples of applications of radio wireless
technology are wireless computer mice, keyboards and headsets,
headphones, radio receivers, satellite television.
8. 5G TECHNOLOGY
Li-Fi or light fidelity- Transmit data, rather than radio waves like
Wi-Fi.
Li-Fi , or light fidelity, uses light from light-emitting diodes as a
medium.
Wi-Fi -Transmit data or connect to the internet wirelessly.
10. HOW LED IS USED IN DATA TRANSMISSION ?
The tiny micro-LED bulbs allow streams of light to be beamed in
parallel, each multiplying the amount of data that can be
transmitted at any one time.
• EXAMPLE : "If you think of a shower head
separating water out into parallel stream,
that's how we can make light behave,"
11. Using a digital modulation technique called Orthogonal Frequency
Divisional Multiplexing (OFDM), researchers enabled micro-LED light bulbs
to handle millions of changes in light intensity per second, effectively
behaving like an extremely fast on/off switch.
This allows large chunks of binary data - a series of ones and zeros - to be
transmitted at high speed.
12. 5G
Data Bandwidth: Higher than 1GBPS
Service: Dynamic Information access, Wearable devices with AI
Capabilities
Multiplexing: CDMA
Frequency : 2-8GHz.
13. NEED OF 5G
As the customer becomes more and more aware of the
mobile phone technology, they expect more on packages.
Very High speed, high capacity, and low cost per bit
It offers the high quality services due to high error tolerance.
It is providing large broadcasting capacity
up to Gigabit which supports 60,000 connections.
14. GOAL OF 5G TECHNOLOGY
5G is a packet switched wireless system with wide area
coverage.
The ultimate goal - To design a real wireless world.
Enable a rich wireless user experience.
Provide high service quality and user personalization.
15. RESEARCHES IN 5G IN INDIA
Researchers are working so that the user can simultaneously be
connected to several wireless access technologies and can switch
between them.
Instead of Internet Protocol version- IPv6.
It would have user centric network concept .
16. CONNECTIVITY
Broadcasting data - Giga Bytes, sustaining more
than 60,000 connections.
It provides remote diagnostic feature,
up to 25 megabytes per second connectivity.
Also it supports the private virtual networks.
18. FEATURES OF 5G
It offers high resolution and bi-directional large bandwidth
shaping.
It is provides upto 1GBPS speed.
The uploading and downloading speed -
touching the peak.
19. The remote diagnostics also a great feature of 5G
technology.
The high quality services of 5G technology based on
Policy to avoid error.
The 5G technology network offering enhanced and
available connectivity just about the world.
20. CONCEPT OF 5G
The 5G download: software defined radios and
modulation schemes and new error-control
schemes.
The terminals will have access and combine
different flows from different technologies.
21. In 5G, each network responsible for handling user-mobility,
while the terminal makes the final choice among
different wireless network providers.
The vertical handovers should be avoided because they are not
feasible.
24. FUTURE ENHANCEMENT
5G network technology will open a new era in mobile
communication technology.
The 5G mobile phones will have access to different wireless
technologies.
5G technology offer high resolution for crazy cell phone user.
25. CONCLUSION
The 5G mobile phone is designed as an open platform on different
layers, from physical layer up to the application.
There are lots of improvements from 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G to 5G in
the world of telecommunications.
Frequency range soothes our vibrant part and our expectation,
atlast we can say it is all about ”BLINK AND THINK”.
