1. Political School of Pakistan
Women and minorities must be trained on electoral process,
participatory approach and service delivery.
Concept of Political School of Pakistan is not new. Several
organizations including PILDAT have been advocating for it. ECP
and UNDP must establish Political Schools all across Pakistan
including FATA for effective and result-oriented democracy and
sustainable economic development.

Pakistan was established in 1947 on the basis
of democratic movement. Today there are
over 280 political parties registered with the
Election Commission of Pakistan. Leading
political parties have leaders but above 55
years of age. There is lack of competent young
leaders in every party.
