1. End Term Reporting of Grades
from IgPro to SASI
November 2006
Part I needs to be done for all classes. Part II only needs
to be done one time when you have completed part I for
all classes. Part II creates the file which Carla will use to
communicate the grades to SASI. If you change
anything in the EndTerm Spreadsheet grades after
doing Part II, just do Part II over again to replace.
Remember to get this done before Carla’s due date.
Your grades should be in SASI the morning after her
due date for the upload.

2. Beginning from the spreadsheet containing
your grades, go to the Spreadsheet pull-down
menu to choose the correct report period.

3. Part I: Click on the Qtr Grade column, choose
the Replace Task selection that appears.

4. Choose the Spreadsheet which contains the
grades you have entered. Click Next.

5. Choose the Spreadsheet Grade for the
correct quarter and type, click Next

6. Choose Letter Grade, Click Next

7. Select Hot Link Grades if you so desire,
then Click OK.

8. Your grades should now be in your End Term
Spreadsheet. Type Conduct or Comments in
here as well, they will export to SASI.

9. Part II:From the File Menu select
Export from Gradebook.

10. Select the report period, then Click Next.

11. Check the Continue with Export
anyway box and Click Next.

12. Click the Export button.

13. Your SASI number minus 100 folder should
appear as the location to save to. Click OK.

14. This message is normal. Click No.
